Beta Max Permanent Elevators can be used in many industries including:

These permanently installed units offer reliable access to more efficiently monitor and maintain plant operations and move plant personnel. The IPM series offers small line rack and pinion elevators for light usage applications requiring simple personnel access and larger models to handle heavy duty transport needs.

Beta Max Permanent Elevators can be installed in interior or exterior plant locations and can be customized to meet particular site requirements including flexible door configurations and custom cabin dimensions. Lift capacities from 600 - 6,000 lbs., lift speeds up to 200 fpm and heights up to 800 ft. They are designed to operate reliably in extreme weather and environmental conditions.

  • Variable Frequency Drive Controller (VACON) offering soft start and stop operation
  • German manufactured motors and gearboxes (SEW)
  • Full driver-less system with push-button cabin control, floor call boxes and cabin position indicator displayed inside of cabin
  • Automatic overload system based on active weight cells linked to central lift PC (Siemens/Schnieder)
  • Self-greasing mast lubrication system with adjustable timing and intensity
  • Emergency communication system between cabin and central control room and/or outside landings
  • Detachable erection crane with remote control operation to facilitate erection of system
  • Multi-mode operations including: STANDARD OPERATION, INPSECTION MODE, PROGRAMMING MODE and DROP TEST MODE.
  • Heavy duty, hot dip galvanized cabin and mast
